These terms cover your use of the Everglow app. By downloading or using Everglow, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. 本条款适用于你对 Everglow 应用的使用。下载或使用 Everglow 即表示你同意这些条款。如果你不同意，请勿使用本应用。

License 许可

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use Everglow on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these terms. You may not resell, redistribute, or attempt to extract the app's source for commercial purposes. 我们授予你一项个人的、不可转让的、非商业的许可，允许你在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上，依据《Apple 媒体服务条款》及本条款使用 Everglow。你不得转售、再分发本应用，或为商业目的尝试提取其源代码。

In-app purchases and refunds 应用内购买与退款

Everglow offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited local app features, as well as an optional auto-renewable subscription, Everglow Cloud, which provides hosted AI processing. Everglow 提供一次性、非消耗型的应用内购买（用以解锁本地功能的无限使用），以及一项可选的自动续期订阅服务——Everglow 云端，用于提供托管 AI 处理。

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase. 付款：确认购买后，款项将从你的 Apple ID 账户中扣除。
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. 自动续期：除非在当前计费周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则订阅将按原周期和价格自动续期。
• Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. 续期扣费：你的账户将在当前周期结束前 24 小时内被收取续期费用。
• Management & Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. 管理与取消：购买后，你可以随时在 Apple ID 账户设置中管理或取消订阅。
• Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. 免费试用：如果提供免费试用，在购买订阅时，任何未使用的试用期部分将被自动收回。
• Restoring Purchases: Non-consumable purchases and active subscriptions can be restored on your other devices signed into the same Apple ID at no extra charge. 恢复购买：一次性购买及有效订阅可在登录同一 Apple ID 的其他设备上免费恢复。

All purchases are processed by Apple, and all sales are final. We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly. Refunds are handled solely by Apple under Apple's refund policy. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or use the "Report a Problem" option in your Apple purchase history. 所有购买均由 Apple 处理，且一经售出，概不退换。我们不经手任何支付，也无法直接办理退款。退款仅由 Apple 依据其退款政策处理。如需申请退款，请访问 reportaproblem.apple.com，或在你的 Apple 购买记录中使用「报告问题」选项。

Everglow is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated content may be inaccurate; it is not professional, medical, legal, or psychological advice, and you use it at your own discretion. Everglow 按「现状」及「现有」基础提供，不附带任何明示或默示的担保，包括对特定用途适用性的担保。AI 生成的内容可能并不准确；它不构成专业、医疗、法律或心理方面的建议，你需自行斟酌使用。

Limitation of liability 责任限制

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any loss of data — please keep your own backups. 在法律允许的最大范围内，对于任何因本应用引起或与之相关的索赔，我们的赔偿责任总额以你为购买所支付的金额为限。我们不对任何间接、附带或后果性损害负责，包括任何数据丢失——请自行妥善备份。

Governing law 适用法律

These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's place of residence, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your own country of residence. 本条款受开发者居住地法律管辖，不适用其冲突法规则，并以你所在居住国的强制性消费者保护规定为准。
